Yet another new label to emerge on the wine market. The fruit has been grown on the Viggers Vineyard with the wine being made by Martin Williams.
Bright, deep straw colour, showing some oxidative handling. The nose displays distinctive yeast lees notes over layers of grapefruit, hazelnut and spicy oak. On the palate flavours of toasted oak emerge, over a cashew and almond background. The palate lacks depth and is relatively short. Aftertaste of grapefruit and yeast lees.
