In Australia, Peter Fraser is the award winning winemaker who has hands on responsibility for Yangarra Park. Peter is supervised by Randy Ullom, the Californian winemaker who perfected the art of blending at Kendall Jackson.
Tasting Note: Opaque crimson colour. The nose is perfumed with intense aroma of liquorice, blackcurrant and violets – very pronounced varietal character. The palate structure has the refinement that is often evident in the finest Californian Cabernets. Excellent palate weight and concentrated flavours of spice, blackcurrant and cedar. Perfect balance followed by a strong aftertaste of spice, black pepper and blackcurrant. A great Coonawarra Cabernet.
