2001 Witchmount Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

A delightful full bodied Cabernet with plenty of ripe fruit flavours. Totally opaque black purple colour with black purple hue, showing excellent saturation. Abundant aroma of mocha, blackcurrant, dark chocolate, soy and spice. On the palate there is a twist of mint, overlaid with dark chocolate, black cherry, violets and ripe blackcurrant followed by a touch of earth which adds a complexing layer to the palate. Fine, dry perfectly balanced tannins. With a long aftertaste of spice, plum blackcurrant and earth.
