2001 Wise Vineyards Lot 80 Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep crimson, brick red colour. Aroma of stewed fruit, plum and spice followed by a hint of truffle. There is a lot of leaf on the palate, which is quite dry and supported by fine, dry tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, cedar and truffle with a touch of leaf emerging.
