Grape variety: 50% Dolcetto, 40% Barbera and 10% FreisaVinification: Grapes are hand harvested and vinified separately. The Dolcetto spends time macerating on the skins in stainless steel tanks. Whereas the Barbera and Freisa spends a further 6 months in oak.
Characteristics: Ruby red in colour with a fresh nose of forest berries and violets. The palate is rounded and full with a rich fruit palate that finishes cleanly.
