2001 Temple Bruer Shiraz Malbec

This wine is certified Organic by BFA. Made from a blend of 67% Shiraz and 33% Malbec. Totally opaque black crimson colour with black purple hue. Aroma of violets, vanilla, spice, liquorice and blackberry, showing excellent varietal character. The palate has excellent concentration of fruit, with flavours of liquorice and blackberry which remain dominant. The tannins are fine, firmish, being contributed by the Malbec and remain dominant.
