A great quaffing white. Bright straw colour with delicate green hue. Aroma of tropical fruit and ripe gooseberry notes over a delicate herbaceous background.The palate displays generous fruit flavours, with fresh tropical fruit and ripe gooseberry flavours, followed by a hint of aniseed. Creamy texture, soft acid finish, followed by an aftertaste of spice and tropical fruit. Cellar 1-2 years. (2002 – 2003)
