2001 Talomas Syrah Cabernet Sauvignon

The blend is composed of 69% Syrah and 31% Cabernet Sauvignon. An outstanding blend, made by Australian winemakers from Californian fruit. Very deep crimson mauve purple colour, with mauve purple hue. Superbly perfumed nose of dark chocolate, liquorice, plum, vanilla and spice. The palate delivers plenty of flavour with excellent length and concentration. Flavours of confectionary, pepper blackcurrant and spice with very spicy back palate. Very fine grained tannins excellent balance followed by a very long aftertaste of chocolate, blackcurrant and mint.
