2001 Tahbilk 1927 Vines Marsanne

Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose displays waxy honeysuckle top notes followed by some toast, spice and dried nut aromas. The palate still possesses good acidity and is very dry with flavours of honeysuckle, citrus and dried nut characters with some toastiness emerging on the clean bone dry finish. Aftertaste of honeysuckle, dried nuts and toast.
Cellar a further 4-5 years (2011-2016).
