Brilliant pale gold colour. Excellent nose, with top notes of melon, butterscotch, yeast lees and toasted oak. The palate has good weight, with layers of hazelnut over yeast lees, followed by biscuit and cashew back palate flavour. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of toasted oak and yeast lees.
