2001 Stone Bridge Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Made from a blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Semillon. Bright pale straw colour. Graves inspired, with aroma showing just a hint of musk followed by a tropical fruit and unripe gooseberry note. The palate flavours are light with tropical fruit and ripe gooseberries emerging. Soft Graves like finish with hints of musk and unripe pineapple in the aftertaste. Cellar 1-2 years.
