2001 Seppelt St. Peter's Great Western Shiraz

Opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of violets, with hints of arrowmint, spice and confectionary producing a perfumed lift. Mouth filling palate, with flavours of dark chocolate, plum and black pepper. Fine grained dry tannins. Aftertaste of stewed plum, spice, black pepper, vanilla and liquorice.
