2001 Scarborough Traditional Chardonnay

Bright deep straw colour with pale gold hue, showing some early bottle developed character. Aroma of cashew, butterscotch, hazelnut and spice. Creamy texture with subtle citrus flavours emerging over a butterscotch and yeast lees background with a hint of hazelnut. Soft acid finish with aftertaste of biscuit, butterscotch, spice and cinnamon.
