A preservative free wine. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of dark chocolate and spice followed by a hint of confectionary and liquorice allsorts. Flavours of stewed plum and spice, almost ‘joosy’ with abundant spicy back palate followed by a hint of aniseed and cinnamon. Fine grained tannins, warm finish, followed by an aftertaste of spice, plum and dark chocolate.
