2001 Sally's Hill Cabernet

This wine is medium bodied, with crimson brick red colour and brick red hue. Aroma of cedar, stewed fruit and spice followed by plum and liquorice allsorts. The palate displays a degree of elegance, with flavours of confectionary and stewed fruit emerging. Fine, dry chalky tannins. Aftertaste of confectionary and stewed fruit.
