Translucent, ruby crimson colour. Aroma of stewed fruit, cherry and spice showing delicate varietal character. The palate flavours are light, lacking depth. Delicate stewed fruit and sour cherry flavours with some spoiled fruit flavours apparent. Soft tannins. A light quaffer.
