An outstanding wine! Opaque black purple crimson colour with purple mauve hue. Smokey toasted nose, followed by notes of violets, plum, ripe blackberry and liquorice. Excellent weight and mouthfeel with strong blackberry, blackpepper, plum and vanillin oak flavours. Fine grained tannins followed by an exceptionally long aftertaste of spice, pepper and plum.
