2001 Linda Domas Wines Egidio Shiraz

An impressive Shiraz named after McLaren Vale’s Champion Italian vine pruner, Egidio Brunato. Opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of violets, blackberry, ripe plum, liquorice and black pepper, delivering a classic McLaren Vale sniff. The palate delivers plenty of ripe fruit flavours – dark plum, dark chocolate and spice are supported by fine dry tannins. Long aftertaste of plum, spice and dark chocolate.
