Robert Parker's Review
The young vine (8 years of age) Shiraz cuvee is the deep ruby/purple-colored 2002 Shiraz Leveret, an exuberant, fruit-driven, crowd-pleasing effort to enjoy during its first 3-5 years of life. It offers a classic bouquet of blackberries, pepper, and licorice as well as a wonderful texture. Although it lacks complexity, it compensates for that deficiency with a huge textural mouthfeel and an exuberant, hedonistic personality.
