A relatively straightforward wine. Medium body with crimson mauve colour. The nose displays a Rhone like earthy top note followed by spice, plum and vanilla end notes. The palate flavours are a touch delicate, with flavours of earth and spice evident – quite simple. Fine grained soft tannin structure followed by an earthy plum spice aftertaste.
