Bright straw colour. Lifted nose of spice and butterscotch showing obvious barrel ferment character. The palate has good weight with flavours of biscuit and bitter almond evident. Creamy texture with subtle yeast lees evident. Aftertaste of spice and butterscotch. Clean acid finish.
