2001 Inghams Skilly Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of plum, violets, spice and blackcurrant displaying a delicately perfumed end note. The palate displays good length with blackcurrant and stewed fruit flavours followed by an earthy characteristic on the back palate. Fine grained dry tannins. Aftertaste of stewed plum and spice.
