The precise blend of this wine remains unclear but in the past it has consisted of Semillon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The wine has been fermented in new French oak. Bright golden colour showing developed character and some oxidative handling. The nose is supple with hints of peach, cashew, biscuit and tea leaf emerging. The palate is slightly broad, with some tea leaf and straw like flavours emerging. Soft acidity with a touch of tropical fruit on the aftertaste.
