2001 Henry's Drive Shiraz

Yet another power packed fruit bomb from Henry’s Drive. Whilst this wine doesn’t have quite the power and texture of the Reserve Shiraz it nevertheless displays exceptional concentration and an abundance of opulent, ripe fruit. Deep purple crimson colour - almost opaque. Intense aromas of blackberry, liquorice, aniseed and confectionary with hints of spice. The palate is mouthfilling packed with voluptuous ripe fruit flavours of blackberry, liquorice, spice and blackpepper. Long liquorice, aniseed and blackberry aftertaste. Excellent length with fine grained, velvet smooth tannins. Another exceptional wine from the Henry’s Drive team. Stocks are Limited.
