Australia produces very good inexpensive Chardonnay. Bright straw colour. Appealing nose, with aroma of spice, peach and melon. On the palate the flavours continue, with melon being dominant followed by nuances of peach, cinnamon and spice. Very good length, soft acid finish, followed by citrus, melon and cinnamon aftertaste.
Cellar 1-2 years (2003-2004).
