2001 Green Point Reserve Pinot Noir

Translucent, brick red colour with brick red hue. Aroma of rhubarb, strawberry and spice followed by a touch of stalk and dark cherry. The palate has very good mouthfeel and body weight, showing strong varietal character. Flavours of spice, dark cherry, truffle and strawberry emerge. The back palate is very spicy with ripe strawberry flavours persisting. Fine grained soft tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherry, spice and strawberry.
