Taste: Fresh checked black pepper open out into gentle sherry flavours. Sticky dates and figs coated with sweet toffee sauce. Fragrant cinnamon sticks and ginger biscuits provide a mouth warming spice. Finish: Woody notes linger with delicate ashy tones. Charred oak highlights. 57.7% Alc./Vol.
