The colour is first class for Pinot with brilliant crimson body followed by a crimson edge. Aroma of plum and spice followed by cherry and toasted oak. On the palate flavours of cherry, spice, liquorice and plum. Fine grained tannins, well balanced followed by a cherry spice aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years. (2004-2005) Alc./Vol.14%
