This wine has been produced from dry grown vines from the Ebenezer Vineyard and matured in French and American oak. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of mocha, ripe plum, spicy toasted oak and a hint of vanilla emerging. The palate displays moderate length and intensity with hints of violet infusions and stewed plum. Fine dry tannins. Aftertaste of spice and stewed plum.
