2001 Giaconda Nantua Les Deux Chardonnay Roussanne

This wine is produced by Giaconda. Brilliant deep straw colour, with golden hue. The nose and palate are dominated by the Chardonnay component, with notes of melon, spice and smoky oak emerging. On the palate, flavours of melon and fig emerge, over a warm spicy back palate, followed by back palate flavour of melon, fig and hazelnut. Creamy texture, followed by a yeast lees biscuit and hazelnut aftertaste. Stocks are limited.
