2001 Fox Creek Duet Cabernet Merlot

Very deep crimson mauve colour. The nose displays notes of confectionary, leather and violets followed by blackcurrant and liquorice end notes. Excellent palate weight with spicy blackcurrant and liquorice flavours. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance, followed by a very long aftertaste of spice, blackcurrant and liquorice.
