Etain is apparently the Gaelic mythological horse which symbolises birth and rebirth. Brilliant pale straw colour. Subtle nose, with aroma of confectionary, lees and a hint of grassiness. The palate is light, and lacks varietal power. Subtle flavours of tropical fruit and citrus. Clean finish, followed by grassy, citrus aftertaste.Cellar 1-2 years (2002-2003).
