A very drinkable dry white, with some of the character of White Burgundy, but without the concentration or power. None the less an interesting drink. Bright pale straw colour with just a hint of green. The nose is restrained with aroma of hazelnut, biscuit and cashews. On the palate, flavours of yeast lees, fresh flor yeast, hazelnut and cashew, followed by a delicate citrus layer. Dry but without the austerity that can often be associated with inexpensive French dry white.
