All the ‘right’ things have happened to this wine. Barrel fermentation, partial malolactic ferment as well as lees stirring. Bright straw colour, showing its youth. Aroma of yeast lees, hazelnut and biscuit, followed by a hint of butterscotch. On the palate, moderate length, with flavours of citrus, yeast lees, cashews and biscuit. Creamy texture, with aftertaste of citrus and yeast lees.
