2001 D'Angelo Estate Angels Cabernet Sauvignon

The colour of this wine is too advanced for a 2001. Deep brick red colour, with crimson brick red hue. Aroma of stewed fruit, mocca, spice and plum. The palate displays stewed fruit flavours over a background of earth and cedar. Dry tannin structure followed by an aftertaste of earth, cedar, spice and stewed fruit.
