A big wine that oozes with very ripe fruit flavours. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. The nose has a tarry top note, followed by liquorice, a hint of old leather and earth. On the palate there are toasted oak flavours which emerge over a very ripe plum and liquorice front palate followed by a tarry back palate. Dusty dry tannins, followed by a very long toasted oak, tarry aftertaste with leather and earth echoing on.
