The Coriole Redstone Shiraz Cabernet has been a consistently impressive wine, with the 2001 being of exceptional value.Near opaque black purple crimson colour. Appealing nose with aroma of spice, plum, violets, liquorice and blackcurrant. Mouthfilling flavours of ripe plum, liquorice and blackpepper. Fine grained tannins, perfect balance with very long aftertaste of plum, spice, liquorice and leather.
