Coriole are one of the best exponents of Chenin Blanc in Australia, and should be, since they have been growing it since 1982. Bright, pale straw colour with green tinge. Intense fresh aroma of spice, green apple, hints of musk and ripe Jonathan apples. The palate is impressive, with its generous ripe fruit flavours – spice, musk, baked apples and tropical fruit flavours are enhanced by crisp acid finish and long spice baked apples and green tea aftertaste. An excellent example. Cellar 2-3 years.
