2001 Coriole Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured for 12 months in French oak. Opaque black crimson colour with purple crimson hue. Superb nose – perfumed with notes of violets, marzipan, cedar, spice and blackcurrant. The palate displays excellent length and complexity, with flavours of plum, blackcurrant and liquorice followed by a blackpepper back palate. Very fine tannins, followed by a long liquorice, plum and spice aftertaste.
