2001 Chapel Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of stewed plum and blackcurrant, followed by spice and a hint of liquorice. On the palate, flavours of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, spice and cedar emerge. Fine dry tannins, with earthy leather back palate.
