2001 Cavalier Botrytis Chenin Blanc (375ml)

Straw colour, with subtle pink hue and golden glow. Exotic nose, with aroma of ripe loquots and cling peach – a delightful sniff. The palate is a superb new taste experience, unexpected for wine, yet quite common in a can of yellow peaches. Luscious mouthfeel, with the flavour of yellow peach syrup over a layer of ripe lychee and loquots. Clean acid finish, followed by a very long peach syrup aftertaste.
An exotic wine, well worth a taste.
