2001 Brindabella Hills Shiraz Cabernet Franc

Winemaker Roger Harris has produced a very easy drinking soft red. The colour is very deep crimson, with a deep crimson hue. The nose displays aromas of black pepper, plum and spice, followed by raspberry and chocolate. Whilst the palate structure is fairly straight forward, the primary fruit flavours remain to the forefront. Soft tannins followed by distinct aftertaste of black pepper.
