2001 Braida Montebruna Barbera d'Asti

The wine has been made exclusively from Barbera d’Asti. Fermented in stainless steel and matured in casks for 6 months. Bright crimson colour, with crimson hue. Medium body. Aroma of violets and spice, followed by a touch of spice, game and raspberry. The palate is quite dry with flavours of leather, raspberry, white pepper and cherry emerging. Fine grained tannins. Long aftertaste of cherry, spice and strawberry.
