Bright golden colour with pale gold hue. Lifted honey, peach, butterscotch and spice showing obvious barrel ferment characters. Creamy palate texture, with flavours of butterscotch, spice and yeast lees evolving with butter almond emerging on the back palate. Aftertaste of butterscotch and yeast lees.
