Bright pale straw colour. The oak is quite evident with aroma of butterscotch, melon and tropical fruit following. The palate displays a creamy texture, but the flavours fall away – butterscotch and nut characteristics emerge followed by an aftertaste of butterscotch, yeast lees and cashew.
