A well made, soft commercial wine. Deep crimson mauve colour, with mauve purple hue. Aroma of plum and spice followed by a hint of blackpepper. On the palate flavours of spice, blackpepper and earth are evident with some liquorice emerging on the back palate. Soft tannins followed by an aftertaste of spice, plum and blackpepper.
