This McLaren Vale vineyard has been certified as being fully organic. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of ripe plum, spice and liquorice followed by nuances of violets and cedar. The palate reveals flavours of plum and stewed fruit followed by anise in the background. Fine dryish tannins. Aftertaste of cherry, plum and spice.
