First Tasted: 23rd July 2003A youthful red. Opaque black purple mauve colour with distinct liquorice spice and blackberry nose. This is a young red that has not spent a lot of time in oak. The palate is mouthfilling with big ‘joosy’ primary fruit flavour dominated by blackberry with liquorice and blackpepper backpalate flavour. Fine grained tannins followed by a long blackpepper liquorice aftertaste.
