Grape Varieties: 50% Grechetto, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Trebbiano
Region: The vineyards are located near the Commune of Bevagna, Arquata in the Montelfalco zone in the central region of Umbria.
Vinification: After the grapes are picked they are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of approximately 18° C. The wine is then stored in stainless steel tanks for approximately 8 months before release.
Characteristics: Pale straw in colour, delicately perfumed with a hint of tropical fruit. This dry white wine is light in style with a clean, pleasing and fruity palate.
Serve: 10-12° C
Try it with: Risotto, Antipasto, seafood, white meats and soft cheeses.
