2000 Moulin Touchais

Bright straw, pale gold colour with pale straw hue. The nose displays aromas of baked apple, honey, quince and cinnamon spice. The palate displays good mouth feel and texture but still requires time to fill out. Palate flavours of honey, quince, ripe apple and spice with a clean dry finish. Long aftertaste of baked apple, honey, quince and cinnamon spice. Somewhat drier and not as luscious as many of the Moulin Touchais’ from the 1990’s.
